Following Kerri’s passing in October of 2001 we decided to establish a scholarship in her name and award two scholarships to a young man and woman from Carson High School in Carson City, Nevada. The scholarship is given to students, who will be enrolling at UNR. The scholarship also stipulates that the recipient be a student/athlete, have at least a 3.2 GPA and be active in their community.

The scholarship is now in its 17th year. We fund the scholarship by hosting a Barbecue and Golf Tournament and to date we have awarded over $106,000 in scholarships!
